Maybe it's your adapter problem.   1.8V is powered by U4  LDO   XC6206-1.8V on EMMC adapter.

check IC :XC6206-1.8V

when choice VCC3.3/VCCQ1.8V . programmer's VCCQ PINS(2# 3# of P2) is Is high resistance state.and 1.8V power by XC6206.


if choice VCC3.3/VCCQ3.3V   VCC and VCCQ powered by programmer.

this is EMMC adapter SCH.
