Hello: As an user.... I've had this problem some time ago. What I've done to get it back to useful state. Found the small Xgecu window and manually maximize it pressing the maximize icon near the corner ,
and then, after it maximized, resize the window to proper and workable size. Close completely Xgecu,
wait a few seconds. start again Xgecu and see if open in the right place were it closes and the same
window size.
In my case it restore working order, narrow down , the most probable cause, to my HD620 intel
video drivers.
Do not forget to restart computer, in win10 restart only complete if a restart is done , shutting down machine
and power on is not a restart, like in Win7.
