T56 fails to test 6264 SRAM

My T56 fails to test the 6264 SRAMData Bus Test Error!
00# Addr Bus Open Circuit Test Error!
Address: 0x00000000 Unit Test Error!

My old TL866CS tests the SRAM with no errors.

Any ideas on how to test SRAMs with the T56?
