T56 Error reading H26M62002JPR 40FF8080

I got a used and a brand new with same error, no able to Analyzed or read the EMMC.

          As a user....Just guessing, are you using an Usb Hub to connect programmer cable?
The reason a ask, is the very low voltage, 4.7v on usb, usualy it show 0,2 to 0,3v when passing
through an hub, and T56 is a little sensitive with supply voltage below 4.9 with some IC's.
If yes, try connect direct to an USB port, or if not possible an hub with external power supply,
but connected to mains power.
Please better describe, detailed, with adapter, and also try other 'bit' options when
choosing ic, and which adapter you are using, post some photos, above and below, as some
adapters may need rework.

I am using an external 5v power supply, also I tried auto emmc (1 bit, 4bits, 8 bits) with same error, also I put a H26M52103FMR and reads and analyzed OK, so I know the device is OK. Adapter is XGecu BGA153 BGA169 (ADP BGA169 EMMC-2). Have anyone been able to read the H26M62002JPR with the T56?

    Guessing again, Your adapter looks like mine, but i also have a newer adapter with Xegu socket on it for T56,but no MMC to test, yet, or test it in the T76, but no MMC , no test :-( I

Note:

In the options tab, a little scrolling down you have a folder path in file directory, to store files.
Check this if it is correct.

This is the path I always use: C:\Xgpro\UserData\EMMC_Data
The thing is I am unable to Analyzed the chip, as soon as I swap the chip for the H26M52103FMR it works fine. Reading works for the H26M52103FMR but error on the H26M62002JPR as shown on the logs. I have been able to program the H26M52103FMR for SONY TVs but is first time that I tried  the H26M62002JPR. Thanks

             Trying to see in datasheet https://datasheet.lcsc.com/lcsc/2204261415_SK-HYNIX-H26M62002JPR_C3002776.pdf  if any helpful info is there, but so far do not yet  find a reason. Hopefully it can be fixed for you, or if bad ICs, or any software limitation that prevent read, but that shouldn't occur in new, but never used Ic.
In the mean time, found this info that can be relevant, that may indicate that the IC draw a bit more current then default and need an adjustment of 'vcc current imax' ...

I tried again, Same error with current at 350ma. Also I tried with another computer, same error, to me is a software bug in the XGecu T56.Thanks

Great!!! Thanks, Maybe we can use the ISP connection to the BGA adapter socket, if the admin help with how to wire it, the adapter that works for you is sold out, the one I got is the most expensive and I was expecting that works for all BGA 159/169 chips.

                      I've asked Ali XGECU store to help. The first answer i receive was i was the only one complaining :'(...
and accept to test the very latest two BGA153/169 adapters, cheaper ones with only one format, not 3 or five with different
size adapters provided as previous.
And all those adapters fail the simple read test with H26M62002JPR, except adapter number 4, that is, currently, discontinued.

Hoppefully, or they update the software, and or firmware, a new hardware adapter, discontinued for T56 is needed to read this IC. Lets wait to see the development. I've sent them all picture tests from failure and sucess.

I purchased this one on their site and same problem, failed to read the H26M62002JPR, I contacted the store and they answer: I will report this to the manufacturer to see if there is a good solution.

   At least they can't say 'you are the only one with the problem' as they already have at least 2 complains, as you bought adapter number 2, from picture in the post before, and also failed, and they know that. Even the problem may be at shielding level, is so severe, that the software trottling down in frequency, you already shown in the log, down to the bare minimum  , 8MHZ, isn't capable to initialize the IC. I stop all 'guessing' till they update the software to support all adapters, if they do not do it , as the software is the very same for T48, not big deal, restart selling the discontinued  adapter, as other faster ICs, for sure will (may) also fail, i will try to build a faraday cage that connect to signal gnd.As a work in progress, please, post here any new versions you may know, even not tested yet, of IC new versions used in the boards of that Tvs, i'll try to test here a.s.a.p.
Note: There are one other available way to use BGA153 in the T56, that needs adapter Adaptador rt809h para t56 para emmc, RT-BGA169-1, adp bga169 EMMC-2 bga153 bga100 bga162 bga221 bga254 - AliExpress 7   and also, for those that already own a RT809H, the  BGA153 adapter version 2.5, as the last version i found, some 2.3 already seen for selling, Adaptador original RT-BGA169-01 bga169/bga153 emmc v2.5 com 4 peças caixa de ligação bga para programador isp rt809 rt809h - AliExpress  . I did not test this way, as i do not have RT809H in my set of tools,  T76 instead.

Even if a new PCB is needed, they can sell it alone, cheap, and techs move the old BGA 153/169 socket to it....
