I tested it ,all is normal.

1. self check programmer and upload result picture.
2.erase time is not right. my testing is 141s ,your testing is 5.9s.

   The programmer is normal .
1. Replace adapter and IC to test.
2. test on another compter.
3. Use the original USB cable.
4.  all 25's IC use same hardware. If the other 25 chips work normally,  the programmer hardware is no problem.
