Just checking in for progress update on reading the auto-appended vectors on a PLD JED file? Attached is WinCUPL JED file for ATF16V8 that has appended test vectors, these should be run after programming.
Also, this support should also a vector command 'K' the complement of 'C', as WinCUPL can support C and K
