Version 11.30 setup is infected with Win32/Spursint.Q!cl

I downloaded the latest version (11.30) for the TL866II-Plus programmer and there is a trojan infection in the file.

Can confirm.  Sent to the Microsoft Defender team to investigate and they found no infections.
