I am currently implementing a freely extendable logic test for the TL866IIpro using the minipro Open Source project as base and I'm looking for testers.
The test vectors can be freely configured or you can use an existing database of test vectors.
It also supports testing of PAL/GAL/ATF chips. For this you need to provide the .si and .sim file you already use for the software simulator.
When I looked it up correctly, the logic and pins of the 40106 is identical to 7404 (6x inverting driver), only the voltage is different?
