As an User: May want to tell you, that are using an old version of winrar or other software to unzip,please install latest version.
I use winrar, i click the xgecu zip file , it shows the exe inside, and clicking it , it works even without
unziping it. ( always use latest versions because of algoritms used to compress files). Try not open it from
USB drives, as you may not have permissions to do the job, copy to desktop first or directly from downloads
folder.
