    Hello            You are right, contact them using the address I've sent you, or from your dealer
address, and be sure to tell that the adapter say it support with the adapter you say,
even they printed only the series '27' on PCB, for sure they alert you if any timing problem
exist, and remember them the support already exists for T56 and T76.
Maybe they have forgot to add it to the list, or any issue exist.
Hope that next update will bring some news to you. :)

   Hello,            As a user...You do not specify which of the programmer you ask for support, but found,
that support already exist for T56, and T76, but not for T48 or TL866II.
T48, only have 40pins, but can address more using the correct adapter and cable, if it exists,
as for T48 the Dip 42 adapters are for specific ICs, not for all, as i know.
If your programmer is T48, try to contact xgecupro@gmail.com  , and ask for an adapter and support
for this chip, as the support already exists for T56 and T76.
If you own an TL866II is more difficult to implement, and for a discontinued programmer...


I know that support from Admin, here in the forum, had better days in the past, but not lately :'(
