Can't Erace M95512R

Good afternoon.

I can't erase SPI Flash М95512R.
After attempting to erase, blank does not pass.
On another programmer (CH341 mini Programmer), the IC erases well.


Device: TL866II Plus Ver: 04.02.121

   M95512 no erase command. you can wirte all FF to replace the erase command
