DRAM (4164, 41256, etc) support for TL866II Plus.
Hello,
first of all, great product you have. Love it.
It would be great if you could add support to TL866II Plus for simple DRAM chips like 4164 and 41256 to IC testing.
I know DRAM much more of a challenge than SRAM due to refreshing. But just testing if it can retain a single bit at a time would be great.
Though IIRC most of these chips have RAS before CAS automatic refresh support, which would make the refresh simple. |
