TC58BVG0S3HTA00 @TSOP48 NAND Fault...

Hi,
My name is Jorge Mandoju i´m from Rio de Janeiro Brazil.
I trying to read a TC58BVG0S3HTA00 @TSOP48 NAND, i have a new update NAND adapter with R1-470 OHMS and C1= 2,2 microfarads.
My programmer is a TL866II Plus.
The read are fine, after the read and verificatios have a lot the block with problemms, i tryed with new NANDD ans two from a working device.
Please help-me i need to copy this NAND to save more three devices..

Thanks for reply,
I made tests with 2.5V, same faults :(
I think this is a firmware fault, some time ago was worked fine.
After new firmware upgrade no worked more, i used last time i august 2011.

I made tests with one NAND K9F1G08U0B@TSOP48 with default settings and i can read without errors...
