tl866II plus has almost constant "pin error "
chinese forum , chinese website , poor customer support ....................
my new programmer is driving me crazy ,
almost ALL chips i try to work on give a "pin error " so i can NOT use the programmer ..............
most of the times it is pin 2 indicated in red .
where to get a replacement as this device is brand new ? |
