Logic test - move lines up/down in vector table logic, test, move, lines, vector

Hi,
This is feature request.

When editing large vector tables for logic IC tests, it would be nice to have 2 buttons to move the existing lines up/down in vector table.
This will simplify when re-ordering is needed without much effort to re-edit the lines.
