Xgecu T56 Programmer not recognized in any PC

Hi,

I have purchased an Xgecu T56 Programmer on Tue, Feb 2022, via ebay from an official xgecu seller (ebay user id: xgecupro)

I have used the programmer for 10 readings and after that stop working. When I connect it to the PC, just flashing the "RUN" light and it can not be recognized as a connected programmer.

I already tried to:
-uninstall and reinstall the software
-I test it on multiple PC(s)

Always do the same thing (flashing the "RUN" light) and do not see it in the software.

Please let me do what I can do?

   As a user,    Always test with new USB cable first. If the same with new cable, I think the problem is the same as described, for the T56, in the very latest two entries Programmer not recognized after firmware update failed - T56/TL866II Plus新增芯片支持 - XGecu Programmer Forums - Powered by Discuz!
