Looking for the pinout and configuration for XGECU T56 for the following NAND+DDR chip:

Hynix HYD0SFG0MF1P-5S60E

The chip is in BGA149 package. Was used in non-smart mobile phones.

The chip is supported by the following programmers:

Minato Model 1883
BeeProg\BeeHive

So I would assume the datasheet was available somewhere, but I can't find it!
