Program 27C256 data to 27C512 eprom 27C512, 27C256

Hello,

I have many 27C512 EPROMs, and data that normally would be used with 27c256, If I understand correctly, 27c512 can be used as replacement for 27c256, but the code needs to be allocated at the lower part.

Question:
How do I set the software to dump the code from 00004000 -> end?

    Maybe Admin helps more. In the meantime don't know if it works for you,Create offline a Bin file mirrored in both half segments:
In a command line as an exemple:
copy /B out.txt+out.txt outnew.txt
And then use it as a normal 512 chip size.
