M27C1000 / 27c301 support

Hi,
Programmer doesn't support M27C1000 eprom. Here is the datasheet link: https://www.datasheets360.com/pdf/-2525214309807721890

They program the same way as 27c010/27c1001/MX27c1000 but some pin are not in the same place:
