Logic Tests in other programmers ...

I noticed a strange similarity to your list of integrated circuits available for logic testing, and the list contained in the Xeltek programmers. Xeltek programmers also have the same signals used for logic tests ("01LHCZXGV"), but their logic vectors are shorter and simplified compared to the logic vectors in XGecu programmers.
Their user interface is also a simplified version of your interface, but the advantage is that logical vectors in Xeltek are saved in the form of text files, which increases the possibility of manipulating these vectors.

Here is the logic test vector editing screen available on the Vellon series programmers. There are 2 types of clock signals (C = 010 and K = 101), but it is not possible to recognize high impedance (Z). This is not a problem, because many testers pullup resistors to the tested outputs, then instead of high impedance, a logic H signal (logical 1 / true) appears.
These programmers also write logical vectors to text files.
