Good afternoon. I have a problem with the TL866II programmer. When I try to program a microcontroller or test a logic chip using +5 volts then my programmer resets itself.
If I externally power the microcontroller or +3 volts for the logic chip, then everything goes well. The problem only occurs when using +5 volts.
Self-diagnosis shows OK.
I changed the USB cable, the problem remained. |
