TL855-II plus Support 85C82

Have a trouble to write chip from Microchip 85C82 (DIP8).
Reading is OK , but programming failed ( can't change bits).
IC  selected   as Philips 8582C .
How to fix ?

By mistake  misprint "TL855-II" instead  true "TL866-II plus".
