MX29L3211 write fail - Help

Hi,
I am trying to write a 29L3211 memory but I am getting failure.
I can read and erase memory but not write.
When writing starts, it only writes the first 2 bytes and displays the fault message.
Tried with 5 memories and all have the same failure.

MX29L3211 TSOP48 now can download V11.11
MX29L3211 SOP44 will be fiexed in next upgrade about one week later.
