Xgecu T56 not recognized

hello i have xgecu T56 programmer and won't be detected with Usb Cable only tested on many computer and same .

when i add 5V from psu extern the programmer work and test ok .??

any suggest for any parts need to be replaced or checked thank you in advance .


ps: firmware was updated to laste version and not resolve probleme .

think have 5v from the usb cable not working good

iam novice on electronics repair

As a User,
               already tested with a new cable? A spare cable still common in printers and scanners.If new cable works, but voltage in xgecu software is too low in the right pane welcome messages,
get a 'solid' cable to handle enough current to T56.

hello mate,
thank you for your replay cable usb was tested on T48 programmer and working well .
i test 3 cables and 3 laptops but same probleme .

the programmer work only when 5v is connected from externel power supply .

if admin can give some solution i will be glade .

Check this DC socket, it is possible that the contact is not working
