T48 and 1.8V SPI EEPROM - initial 3.3V voltage spike
I've experienced some bad behaviour when trying to work with 1.8V SPI EEPROMs. When the programmer powers up the chip, there is a quite significant voltage spike, exceeding 3V, lasting approximately 70ms. This happens in the ICSP mode.
