   As a user:       The 'trick' to use the PLCC32 --> DIP28, is that you need to select the DIP version in the software ( if you already have one of those adapters available), seems not correct with this IC, as Admin warn, as is DIP Version is 32pin, not28pin :-(
Maybe faulty IC batch , or faulty adapter ( try pin to pin test with meter )

Problem solved with AM29F010B, problem was the adapter, it was shorting some pins from the PLCC32  ...

   As A User: Happy for you :).Some shops in internet do not test adapters, or do not test adapters correctly, even if selling legitimate
programmers. They seem like the originals....that's why i now bought only from Xgecu store if possible,
it's a bit more expensive but, many times, offer a better brand socket. With PLCCxx socket's used frequently,
only use ZIF made adapters like the one I've posted here, and much better to handle medium/large quantity
work.
