If you want to read the cards there are several much cheaper ways to do it (except for stuff like Ki which is unreadable by design); and there is free software to do that.
If you want to write the cards you still need the ADM password from manufacturer of that card; and there is free software to do that as well.
Or you imply that Verizon uses some non-standard implementation in its SIM cards? |
