Curious. Did you scope pin23, to see if it changed ? Which programmer did you use ?
I did see this comment on the minipro chat, is it possible that pin is not testable ?
This can be used with any logic chip, when you have the respective test vectors.
There is a hardware limitation for chips with more than 32 pins, that not all pins can be tested.
Addit: I see a 74181 wiggles pin 23 as an input, so you could also run that vector test and scope an empty socket ?
The MC6821P is a 40 pin part, but that says T56 only. |
