T48 12.55 to 12.57 - Reflash Firmware Error

I was using version 12.55 working fine. I updated the software to version 12.57. I did the firmware reflash procedure, as requested, after 15 seconds I get the Reset Error message! Please Remove Programmer. I've tried the procedure several times and I always get this error message. Whenever I try to perform any operation, the software informs me that it is necessary to reflash the firmware. I tried to downgrade to version 12.50 and 12.55 which are the versions available for download, but the same error always occurs. What is the solution for this problem? Thanks!
