Hello, I tried to program the 27C512. I got an error message that pin 16 was bad. So I tried the TL866 II Plus programmer and it worked without any problems.

Is this a software error because the T48 self-test is true with no errors?

this Pin is a Vss PIN. TL866 do not detect it.

VSS pin of few IC can not be detected. only ignore it.fix it in next version.
