U4 and U5  is a LDO on T56. MODE is AMS11117-1.2V.  Packge is SOT89.
1.U4 Normal voltage about 1.2V always.If it is broken, the programmer maybe not be connected to the computer at the same time.
2.U5 normal voltage is about 3.3V on idle state. If it is broken, self check maybe not passed. and test IO voltage is not correct.


These two components have been replaced for the newly delivered programmer.

   AMS1117-1.2V LDO is also adjustable, but the minimum voltage is not less than 1.2V .
  T56  adjust the output voltage of VCCIO through DAC5571
VIOout=Vdacout+1.2V

7. Between CLK and VCCQ I installed a 470 Ohm resistor (0806)
