I have problem with erase m29w512GH. App ver 12.15 How I can fix it ?

I can't buy this chip for testing. I trimmed the software last time, and it can't erase the second half. I don't know the reason. You have to wait for me to find the chip.

This chip intalled in dash Toyota Prius 50I try to erase other chip, it's same situation.

I wrote all buffer 0000, after address 01000000 is 0000, and then I can't erase this place.

I have this problem too. S29JL064H70TFI00 erase/Write protected can't erase flash Bank 1 Sector 0-22 Address 00000h-7FFFFh. xgprog v12.36.
