标题: TL 866 Plus Error on AM27c4096 [打印本页]

Can you please check what is going wrong when (try to) burn
a AMD AM27C4096. Get constantly the following errror.
"ERROR address 0x000000 Buffer Data 0x0014 Verify 0x000"
Tryed different software and several new chips but error stays.
Lots of people has the same error as you can see on the internet
with the TL866 plus.

I tested it . programming and verifying is normal.Just it has diffrent ID. you can disable Check ID button.
I get a device ID is 00C2 0151 of AM27C4096
but Normal ID 0001 0019 in the datasheet of AM27C4096.

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]I have discovered that it is due to the loaded software.

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]It starts at address 0000 0000 with 1114 which returns in the error message "ERROR address 0x000000 Buffer Data 0x0014 Verify 0x000".

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]If I change 14 (as a test) to another number, the error returns with that changed number.

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]Please help me, I don't get it anymore.

this is a UV erasable memory.Did you erase it with a UV eraser before programming?

I have a uv chip eraser and i get a good blank test in your program.
I tested another chip, the am27c64 with matching software to burn. And yes, same kind of error "ERROR address 0x000000 Buffer Data 0x50 Verify 0xFF". Final i tested the am27c64 in my old programmer and it works like a charm ( old programmer not supporting am27c4096). So i think that it must be the software of the Tl866 Plus where it is going wrong.
