Hi. I have programmer TL866II Plus. Now i want to program MX25L1606 chip, but when i choose «25 Flash detect», program wrote massage «unknown device». If i select type of chip manually, and press read chip, program write «id error». I tried to program another chip MX25L1606, but have this error too.
Programmer work fine if i use another chip: for example MX25L3206. It means, that programmer is work.
I tried program MX25L1606 chip on another PC, but error appears again. Please help me..
