标题: GAL22V10D PLCC28 -> DIP24 - unable to program, chip destroyed. [打印本页]

I am trying to program a GAL22V10 PLCC28 using a PLCC28->DIP24 adapter.

I can read / Blank the chip, but it fails when you program it. it also destroys the chip in the process.
I tested different combinations without success, burning thru 9 chips.

As an User....In the mean time, verify if you have any shorted line between IO pins in the adapter.You have a photo of adapter?
I've tested my adapter one pin to pin, and any resistance between pins, using PDF GAL22V10 Data Sheet (mit.edu) and seems to be ok. My adapter is the one here Plcc28 dip24 adaptador conversor ic soquete para tl866a tl866cs tl866ii plus ou outros programadores universais|Calculadoras| - AliExpress , but not one IC like yours to be tested. If programming error, or else, ADMIN will tell you.
