try choose 93C66 (X16) 16bits mode

Thx for ur answer admin. but I read and save as 8bits and now the file is broken so is it anyway to write as 8bits admin🙏

As an user....you appear to be running version 11.60, that had a flaw verifying after programing with several ICs. I recommend to update to latest version, maybe your
IC have also been affected , but not sure. 11.71 is the latest.
