As a user...Sometimes , problem is related to a certain user in the machine,
To avoid problems, copy the setup file to desktop, unzip it, and right click, and do the setup
in admin mode (run as Administrator). Try it :-)

If your hardware have at least 4GB of ram, create a pen, using the page, Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
or if you have a later Intel processor, from gen8 and higher, from win11
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
If your machine have license in bios, from original manufacturer, no problem going on,
only you have to do is saving your files, just in case, insert the pen and upgrade OS.
Better deleting all data , but this was not always needed. IF your processor support 64 bit
and at least 4GB of ram, better to get 64bit OS....That's my opinion, you may have yours.
If you don't know what you are doing , ask a friend or here, I'll try the best i can. :-)
