HI!!HELP ME)))Hi, I can't copy this microcircuit. the chips are in good working order, there are several of them and the result is the same with any of them. I took a TNM5000 from a friend to find out what was the matter,
maybe you can tell me something useful, with other microcircuits the programmer works fine

Compare whether the NAND parameters are the same as TNM5000

some bits flip is normal about nand.
error after block: 40

It seems to be wrong. In this case, there is obviously a programmer reading error. If such an error occurs during T56 reading, the auto verification after reading will not pass.

I will try to explain from the other side:
I take a working chip from a working device
clearing pins
insert and press ONFI
1-read & verify-ok, save dumpfile1.bin
2-read & verify-ok, save dumpfile2.bin
3-read & verify-ok, save dumpfile3.bin
between these actions, the chip and the programmer DO NOT TOUCH
when comparing, all files are different and all are verified on the programmer again

this is normal,  Nand bits flip.  these error bits can be corrected by ECC correction when running.
search on google about Nand bit flip.
  Related settings on the software:
  [Bit Flip Permission]
8b/512B  : Represent that it allow 8 bit errors in 512 bytes.

I am glad that I aroused the interest of your company

it is difficult to ask questions in a foreign language, in any case, thanks for answering

in my settings it was 24/1024, from help I realized that this parameter can be ignored if ECC disable

will change to 8/512 affect read or write results?
ECC disable \ enable?

Hey! I tried to write a dump made by TNM5000 with different bit flip permission settings, the result is the same, the device does not work

it also happens that ONFI gives out incorrect data 16 instead of 8Gb
and ECC 255/512

   ^^^^^Is it true?
1-read & verify-ok, save dumpfile1.bin
2-read & verify-ok, save dumpfile2.bin
3-read & verify-ok, save dumpfile3.bin

I feel :
exactly the opposite , the file that TNM5000 read is wrong .
if T56 read wrong. It is impossible to pass the auto verification
for T56.

Hey! I want to return to the discussion of the problem with MT29F64G08CBAAA

I bought another TSOP48 adapter. for soldering
I also bought a ssd with 16 chips MT29F64G08CBAAA, which works perfectly

I take the chip from the ssd, solder it to the adapter and check for badblock and get 3473
after which I try to read the chip and verification after reading does not pass,
bit flip permission will change the number of errors during verification, but in any of the modes they are
if you erase the chip and write something there, verification after writing is ok and the amount of badblock becomes 2,
and these 2 badblocks on all my chips 90 and 91,
and they are from different parties and different sources

I want to remind you why it all started:
i can't copy MT29F64G08CBAAA from a device that is 100% working and working on a different chip
and another programmer does it

tell me what else to do?

hese 2 badblocks on all my chips 90 and 91,

this is normall.

you can verify it:

1. Erase the chip.
2. Read Block 90 and 91 .  if datas is 0x00 , this bLock is bad.
(if normal . it  is all 0xFF after erased)

Which other programmer you have used which done the job successfully?

Actually I want to buy T56 but I can’t get the proper answer from support I also have posted here if the programmer can support
MT29F16
MT29F32
MT29F64

Same chip by other name
