New Logic Test-74LS51 Vector Table

Enclosed is the new layout to be added to the logic tests.
The test was performed on the UCY74LS51 (Dual 2-Wide 2-Input, 2-Wide 3-Input AND-OR-INVERT Gate) chip from Unitra CEMI (Poland).
