标题: Nor flash TC58FVM5B2A got error [打印本页]

Recently, i need to copy a nor flash TC58FVM5B2A and got ID error. The correct ID on datasheet of manufacturer is 0098 0055 as tl866II read when push ID check button, but when push read button it say that require ID 0098 00CA. The flash come from a fully working device. When i untick check ID then read, it read all FF. Please check for that issue!
