I downloaded the latest version (11.30) for the TL866II-Plus programmer and there is a trojan infection in the file.

Guarantee. There is no Trojan , no malware, don’t worry.
The firewall software is just a feature of the test software and gives a warning.
It cannot confirm whether it is a normal function or a Trojan.

Can confirm. Sent to the Microsoft Defender team to investigate and they found no infections.
