Hi!

I need to copy F59L1G81A to the new chips.
I bought some F59L1G81A.

When copying, I used the "Single File" and "Hard Copy" options
Some of the chips I recorded successfully.

On some process is unsuccessful - some sectors do not pass the test.
With such chips, the device does not work.

I tried to make a copy in "Single File mode" and set "Skip Bad Block"
The validation error remains.

I tried making a copy in "Single File Partition Mode" and set "Skip Bad Block"

The firmware will complete successfully. There are no verification errors, but the device does not work :(.

As I understand it, in "Hard Copy" modes, data falls on faulty sectors of NAND flash that are not marked as Bad Block

What to do with such chips?
How to record a full dump (make a copy) from the "original" chip on that chip?

Thanks!
I read and try do it.
One question:
I will record the chip in "Single File Partition Mode" with skipping bad block.
What's the correct sequence:
1. I must create dump from original chip in "Single File, Partition Mode"
2. Load this dump into the program
3. Load the partition table
4. Erase new chip and check it for cleanliness
4. Write to a new chip

A dump that was made in the "Single File" mode is not suitable for this operation?
