Error reading and writing in several nands family TC58NVG1S3HTAA, TC58NVG0S3ETA10, H27U4G8F2DTR, TC58NVG1S3ETA00. I can't copy using tl866plus. Ja with other programmers will ok.

Please have a  test  for changing  R1 from 3K9 to 470ohm.
and Please upgrade to the newest software.

I made the correction of the resistor from 3k9 to 470. This is with the latest update. however when I read the data it is different when I ask to check. When I make a copy it doesn't work, the TV is dead.

I had a test with TC58NVG2S3ETA00
and use 64MB file.  Writting and verifying.   and verifying again  . there was  no problem happend. Your problem must be the problem of signal disturb
Please do another test: change the capacitance C01 from 0.1u to 10uf.

The nand data here is 285mb. when I look at the buffer the data is just right in the header the rest is corrupted or different. not being able to send the 2 files because they are large. even compressed the two of about 130mb

I placed a 10uf capacitor for overcurrent protection. I left with a 5uf capacitor but the same problem continues. it seems to be an algorithm problem and not a hardwere one.

the value of  the file : 0xBF377B00
and read from chip:     0x20377B00

in fact: 20 is the next byte.  
Nand chip received an additional interfering clock signal when reading. so got a next byte value.

what should I do? any other chip other than nand reading beauty. But when and nand corrupts the file while reading.

If all NAND chips are wrong when testing, try it with another NAND Adapter.or you DIYT a adapter by yourself.

I don't think it's the adapter, not least because the tl866 checks the pins. It may be some internal interference in the programmer. as i said flash memories read and write ok. but the memories are not having a problem during the reading itself.

I would not be able to send me the programmer's electrical schematic to see if it is possible to add capacitors in the power grids to see if this interference effect that you say so much attenuates.

This problem is not achievable with every chip. After a day of testing, several possible causes were modified. I think it should be fine.


1. please download lasted software . and installation

2. replace R01(3K9)   with 470ohm
3. replace C01(0.1u)  with 2.2u
4. Connect a wire as shown in Pictures.
