Please have a test for changing R1 from 3K9 to 470ohm.
and Please upgrade to the newest software.

I replaced the R01 3.9k with the 470ohm con updating the new version, it still does not work.in the configuration section I have followed theinstructions, whether in the configuration section I did wrong. can you help meconfigure this K9F2G08U0C nand.

Could you verifying again directly , after stopping. (Not Programming again). it will get more information .I had a test ,ervery thing is normal.(USE a 147MB file to test)
this chip has 2 bad blocks No.471 and No.675.
because use hard copy and datas can not be written into the bad block. so it is wrong at Block 471#
Maybe you used a bad adapter, can you re-solder and clean it,

I replaced 3k9 with 470ohm, soldering the chip on the circuit and still programming stop.
