Programming fails for TMS2732A.
Programmer disconnects and reconnects...
When I try external 5V, programmer disconnects and both POW and RUN lights on solid.

Here is log from when trying to program TMS2732A...

No Programmer Found.

Insufficient USB power supply:
1.  plug it directly into the USB port of the computer motherboard.
2.  Use the original USB cable.
3.  Or use an external power supply
