Sometimes an integrated circuit has no designation or number and you don't know what it is. Is it possible to add a procedure of automatic recognition of a logic integrated circuit based on running all known logic tests with given parameters (number of pins)?

This feature already exists.
No need to input the number of pins, automatic identification of the number of pins.
