Dear Support Team!

Today, I encountered a model chip S29AL016J70BFI01 (Bottom Boot). I'm using a TL866II Plus microcontroller. After selecting the S29AL016J716J70TFI01 model in the software, checking the ID (OK), Read OK, Verify OK, and executing the erase command OK, the data still remains and I cannot program it. I look forward to your reply.
