This is reading one of the Apple ROMs

and this is the NEC D2716D EPROM

what exactly means the pin error and what can I do about it?

Hello, Sorry for delay. If you are sure about pins , voltages set ( at bottom center)
unchecking Pin Detecting lower left may help to continue.
