Hi,Micron series NAND flash memory size is lower than calatog values in xGecu software.
memory size of MT29F1G08ABAEAWP  NAND flash is 128 MB in xGecu programmer. MT29F1G08ABAEAWP's  memory size is about 1 GB.

MT29F1G = 1G bit = 128M byte
