Hello,
I have a T48 fail self-test with no chip inside.

How can i fix it ?

From time to time is working without do something,

More tests return short on :

O-25 G-25

on allmost all positions.

This is the first batch of T48, replacing the LDO AMS1117-ADJ Package SOT89

Thank you for replay,
I got my new T-48 programmer, but i want also to repair this one as backup.

I will replace U2A ( AMS1117 ) i next days and return with feedback
Device SN HYR4LK-YX39SF-LWG5TH-BP0894 maybe it helps.
